Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.
